The Federal Housing Authority has expressed readiness to collaborate with the Ekiti State government to address the housing deficit in the state.

The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Housing Authority, Mr Oyetunde Ojo, stated this when he led some of the officials of the agency on a courtesy visit to Governor Biodun Oyebanji in his office in Ado Ekiti.

Mr Ojo emphasized the commitment of President Bola Tinubu’s renewed hope agenda and his goal to eliminate the housing shortage nationwide and provide affordable shelters to Nigerians.

He also highlighted the agency’s new approach towards ensuring the construction of houses in alignment with each region’s culture and tradition.

Governor Oyebanji while welcoming the visitors, pledged the state government’s support for the agency’s efforts under Oyetunde Ojo’s leadership, believing it would contribute significantly to the economic growth of the states.

Governor Oyebanji reiterated his confidence in the renewed hope agenda’s potential to bring positive changes to the country, thanking President Tinubu for appointing an Ekiti son as the Chairman of the Nigeria Housing Authority.
