Parents React to JAMB Registrar’s Order On Arrest

Some parents who accompanied candidates to JAMB accredited CBT centre in Orogun, Ibadan, have expressed disappointment at the order of the registrar of JAMB directing police to arrest parents at the CBT centres.

The parents who were seen few metres away from the examination Premises noted that since the examination was not conducted in their children’s secondary schools like that of WAEC, there’ s the need to accompany them to locate the venue.

They noted that such directive was not appropriate in view of the security challenges, facing the nation adding that welfare of the candidates should be the priority of the registrar rather than the examination.
