People of Ogun State have been assured of better service delivery as the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, FRCN, explores partnerships for improved performance as a public entity.
The Director General of FRCN, Dr Mohammed Bulama who gave the assurance shortly after his assessment tour of facilities at the Radio Nigeria Paramount FM Abeokuta, said the move would also help to boost patronage and revenue generation efforts of the station.
Dr Bulama, who spent his growing years as a pupil at Odogbolu in Ogun State said the FRCN would tap into the state’s viable economy and high concentration of both human and material resources to enable the Corporation to maximize its potential for the benefit of the people.
The FRCN DG who identified the need for increased funding as one of the challenges confronting FRCN, emphasized that the problems were surmountable and called for attitudinal change among the staff in the Corporation’s bid to uplift the people and unite the nation.
The Director General and other top members of the FRCN management were taken round the facilities of Radio Nigeria Paramount FM Abeokuta, by the Zonal Director, FRCN, Ibadan Zonal Station, Mr Dominic Mokikan.
