The Olojudo of Ido-Osun, Oba Olayinka Ishola has called on youths in the ancient town to allow peace reign.
The traditional ruler made the call while fielding questions from newsmen following attacks by some youths in the town.
Oba Olayinka described the attacks by some youths causing civil unrest in Ido osun area of the state as uncalled for.
He said the act of violence by suspected youths in the area is devastating, cautioning them to desist and allow peace to reign in the area.
The Olojudo of Ido-Osun promised that he would continue to support peace that the state is known-for.
Oba Olayinka, however, urged parents to caution their children not to engage in activities that may cause crises in the ancient town, vowing that anyone causing crisis in the area would face the wrath of the law.
The monarch lauded Governor Ademola Adeleke for his unwavering efforts in maintaining peace and stability in the state.
He also commended the security agencies for immediate action to maintain peace and order so as to ensure safety of the people in the area.
