As Muslims all over the world celebrate Eid-el-fitri, it is essential for them not to depart from living a Godly life and maintaining peace and love with their neighbours.
The founder and Spiritual Head, Shafaudeen-in-Islam Worldwide, Professor Sabit Olagoke, stated this in Ibadan while speaking with Radio Nigeria.
Professor Olagoke explained that the essence of Ramadan was to live a life devoid of sinful acts, demonstrate love, and peacefully coexist among people irrespective of religious backgrounds.
He urged Muslims to imbibe all lessons they learnt during Ramadan in all they do.
The Islamic scholar also used the opportunity to call on all parents to live up to expectations by training their children in the way of God and instilling discipline in them for a better future.
