Oyo State governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde has inaugurated governing councils for the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso and Abiola Ajimobi Technical University.
The inauguration took place at the Executive Chamber, Governor’s Office, Secretariat, Ibadan
Governor Makinde noted that his administration has succeeded in nurturing three universities within the first five years, reaffirming his commitment to monumental progress in state education to engender more socio-economic development.
The governing councils, numbering 9 for LAUTECH and 10 for Abiola Ajimobi Technical University, were tasked with academic redirection towards fulfilling the visions of the universities.
