Super Eagles of Nigeria will today begin their campaign in the ongoing 2025 African Cup of Nations, AFCON, in Morocco when they take on Tanzania in the opening Group C fixture.
The match will kick off at half past six in the evening at the Fez Stadium.
Other matches slated for today are DR Congo against Benin Republic, Senegal versus Botswana and Tunisia taking on Uganda.
Meanwhile, record champions Egypt began their campaign yesterday with a 2-1 victory over Zimbabwe, while South Africa defeated Angola 2-1 as Mali and Zambia settled for a 1-1 draw
