A special editorial conference for retiring Deputy Director News and Current Affairs, Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, FRCN, Ibadan Zonal station, Mr. Adenrele Ajisefinni, Assistant Director News and Current. Affairs, Chief Olusola Adewale and Controller translation, Mr. Kayode Babalola of the same zone was held this morning at the studio one of the broadcasting house, Dugbe, Ibadan.

The event which was well attended by former Deputy and Assistant Directors in the news department, also had in attendance management of news Department as well as the Acting Zonal Director, Mrs Bola Owoyemi.

In a welcome address, the Assistant Director News and Current Affairs, FRCN, Ibadan Zonal Station, Dr Sola Agboola said the retiring bosses were embodiments of professionalism,  diligence , mental and emotional fitness.

In her address, the Acting Zonal Director, FRCN, Ibadan Zonal Station Mrs Bolanle Owoyemi said the retiring DDN, Adenrele Ajisefinni, ADNCA, Chief Sola Adewale and Kayode Babalola demonstrated doggedness and sincere commitment to their official duties.

the special editorial conference afforded former controller news and current Affairs, Mr. Stephen Akinwale and a former DDN, Pastor lere Afolabi the opportunity not only to commend the retiring bosses bit also to encourage staff to  exhibit discipline in their lines of duty.

Corps members in the country have been advised to leave a landmark in their places of primary assignment to enhance the development of the scheme.

The General Manager, Radio Nigeria Amuludun FM, Moniya, Ibadan, Chief Olusola Adewale gave the advice in Ibadan while presenting some of the office items donated by a Batch B corps member, Julius Opeyemi Odetokun who served in the News and Current Affairs Department of the station.
