Christians in Nigeria and the rest of the world must be Christ like in their daily living, in humility and dilligence.

This was a submission of the District Superintendent, Christ Apostolic Chuch, CAC, Prayer Mountain of Mercy, District Headquarters, Ojoo Ibadan, Oyo State, Pastor Isaiah O Alade, while speaking on Palm Sunday

In commemoration of Jesus triumphant entrance on Ass into Jerusalem, Pastor Alade enjoined christians to emulate Jesus Christ, noting that, Jesus humbled and offered himself to save mankind, hence the need for believers to return the glory to him.

He called on people to learn from such act of humble nature for the World to be a better and peaceful place for all.

The District Superintendent added that, Jesus is always ready to honour those who opened their hearts for him to reign, as he would be directing their paths to greatness in life.

The man of God, admonished Christians to focus and rely solely on God and accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour for deliverance from all sorts of afflictions.

A priest at Saint Anne’s Church, Molete, Ibadan, The Reverend Samuel Aina has advised Christians to emulate the humility of Jesus Christ which he exhibited during his lifetime.
The Reverend Aina gave the advice in a sermon during the Palm Sunday service held in the church.
He explained that Jesus Christ throughout his lifetime preached humility and love.
The Reverend Aina noted that even when Jesus Christ was going to Jerusalem for his crucifixion, he still rode on an ass which showed humility.

The service featured a dance around the church area with the congregation waving palm fronds.
Palm Sunday is the last day of lent which begins the passion or holy week heralding Jesus’ crucifixion.
