DPR Embarks on Gas Safety Campaign in Ogun

As part of efforts to ensure safety among gas users and gas facility operators in Ogun state, the Department of Petroleum Resources, Abeokuta field office has embarked on gas safety campaign and gas facilities mapping operations.

The Operations Controller of DPR, Mrs. Muinat Bello-Zagi disclosed this while addressing the oil and gas stakeholders in Abeokuta, the state capital.

Radio Nigeria reports that the gas mapping had identified illegal facilities in various parts of Ogun state.
