The Associate Pastor of Oja Oba Baptist Church, Ijeru Ogbomoso, Oyo State, The Reverend Steve Ajayi says people need to always leave behind legacies worthy of emulation.


The Reverend Ajayi said this at the wake of the former Executive Director of Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, FRCN, Ibadan Zonal Station, Prince Atilade Ola Atoyebi held Oja Oba Baptist Church, Ijeru Ogbomoso.


He explained that people should positively impact lives of those around them, as everyone would give account of his stewardship in heaven.


The Reverend Ajayi, who described as disturbing, many people have missed their purpose in life due to sins, stressed the need for them to retrace their steps back to Christ.


He stated that the late Prince Atoyebi lived a fulfilled life which impacted positively on humanity.


In separate interviews, the Zonal Director of FRCN, Ibadan Zonal Station, Alhaji Mohammed Bello and one of the sons of the late executive director, Prince Gbolahan Atoyebi, described his father as a mentor, colossus, and as a man whose name will live forever.

Present at the ceremony included former Governor of Oyo State, Chief Adebayo Alao Akala, Director, Lagos Operations of FRCN, Prince Yinka Amosun, friends of the late executive director and members of FRCN.

Prince Atilade Ola Atoyebi will be buried tomorrow after a church service at Oja Baptist Ogbomoso.
