A yet to be identified young man lost consciousness in front of a hospital close to Mokola bridge.
The young man in his late 20s wore a lemon-coloured shirt on a blue trouser and a blue flip top.
A witness explained that the man was drunk and in the process of trying to urinate lost his balance and hit his head against the culvert and slumped
As at the time of this report no one could ascertain whether he was dead or alive.
The incident had led to gridlock as many motorists and residents jammed the area.
