The Speaker, Oyo State House of Assembly, Mr Adebo Ogundoyin, has led a delegation of the House on a condolence visit to the family of the late Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources, Mr Kehinde Ayoola at their Gbekuba, Apata Ibadan residence.
Mr Ogundoyin, said it was still difficult for members of the entire 9th Oyo Assembly to believe that one of their political and legislative mentors, who was a former Speaker in the Assembly and a vibrant political actor in the present dispensation in had died.
While presenting the condolence of the Assembly to the family members at the residence as the wife and the children of the former Commissioner were said to be having a meeting with Governor Seyi Makinde, Mr Ogundoyin described the deceased as a selfless politician who would be missed for his integrity, honesty, dedication and political sagacity.
He used the medium to inform the family that the 9th Oyo Assembly will participate fully in the funeral for the late former Speaker in order to pay him their last respect and to accord him a befitting legislative honor.
