Nigerians have lamented the challenges faced at banks since the wake of Covid19 pandemic.

They expressed this while speaking with Radio Nigeria in Ibadan.

Some of the customers decried the long hours being spent in the cause of transactions.

In a reaction, a banker,Miss Victoria Odunlami, who said the comfort of customers was paramount, advised them to practice online banking for safer, faster and easier access.

A public analyst, Mr Promise John said the bank management and customers have to tolerate one another at this trying by time.

Mr John however urged bank management to be considerate and put in place measure that would reduce the stress of customers.
