Osun State Governor, Mr Adegboyega Oyetola has nominated Retired Brigadier General Isa Aderibigbe as Chairman, Governing Board of Osun State Security Network Agency, and Retired Brigadier General Bashir Adewimbi as Corps Commander of the Security outfit.
The Speaker of the House of Assembly, Mr. Timothy Owoeye made this know during plenary session while reading out a letter of nomination sent Governor Adegboyega Oyetola.
Mr. Owoeye then directed both nominees to report to the House of Assembly on Thursday 23rd July, 2020 with 35 copies of their resumes for screening.
The Osun Security Network Agency, Amotekun Corps, was passed by the State House of Assembly on 3rd march 2020 and was assented to by the governor on 13th March 2020.
