One Person Confirmed Dead in Gas Explosion at Ijebu-Ode

A gas explosion has killed one person at Golden Estate in Ijebu-Ode Ogun State.

According to the Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, in Ogun State, Mr Abimbola Oyeyemi who confirmed the incident, said one person died in the explosion.

Mr Oyeyemi said policemen had been deployed to the area to assist in managing the situation.
