Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, Oyo State Command has partnered the Nigerian Army in retraining its newly launched anti-terrorism unit in fighting insecurity.

The State Commandant, Mr. Iskilu Akinsanya stated this while briefing newsmen on the command’s achievement during the last year.

He said though, the anti-terrorist unit of the command was not new but has not been functioning well, hence the need for the collaboration with the military in tackling the spate of criminal activities in Oyo State.
