Farmers-Herders Clash: Ogun Gov. Promises Adequate Security

Speaker , Ogun State House of Assembly, Mr Olakunle Oluomo, has expressed optimism that the measures being put in place by the State Government through security summit will stop the Farmers- Herders Clash. 

Mr Oluomo stated this while responding to the presentation of a member representing  Egbado North II State Constituency,Mr Wahab Haruna and his Egbado North I counterpart, Mr Adegoke Adeyanju under Personal Explanation during a plenary session held at the Assembly Complex, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta.

The Speaker implored the residents, particularly in the Yewa axis of the state  to give necessary information to security agencies to aid their surveillance and tactical operations.
Earlier in their presentations, Mr Wahab and  Mr Adeyanju recalled the ordeals  of their constituents as a result of the incessant attacks on communities and villages which resulted in loss of lives and properties.
