The Oyo State Police command wants anyone that has complaint against the Ibarapa – based suspected kidnapper, Iskilu Wakili to formally lodge the complaint at Police Headquarters, Eleyele, Ibadan.
A statement signed by the Oyo State Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Mr Olugbenga Fadeyi, noted that such complaint must be accompanied with relevant proofs.
The statement also affirmed the command ‘s readiness to partner members of the public at curbing crime in the state.
It would be recalled that Iskilu Wakili was apprehended by some officers of the Oodua People’s Congress, OPC, on the 7th of March, 2021, for allegedly masterminding some kidnapping cases and similar attacks in Ibarapa geo-political zone of the state in the recent times.
Wakili and two other persons have been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department, (CID), Iyaganku, Ibadan for proper investigation of the matter.
