Gold FM Condoles UNIQ FM Over Staff’s Death

Management of Radio Nigeria, Gold FM, Ilesa has commiserated with Uniq FM ilesa over the death of one of its finest yoruba program presenters, Mr. Sunday Alakinde who died this morning in a ghastly road accident along Ilesa/Akure express way.

The General Manager, Mr. Adedamola Tinubu who led the management team to Uniq FM, described the incident as devastating and prayed that God would grant the family and colleagues of the deceased the fortitude to bear the loss.

Thanking the management of Radio Nigeria for identifying with them during the trying period, the General manager of Uniq FM, Mr. Jare Ayo-Martins said Alakinde’s exit had created a big vacuum in the Broadcasting House.

Mr Ayo-Martins described the late on air star as an easy going , well cultured and highly talented producer and presenter who knew his onions.

Mr Alakinde died in a ghastly accident alongside an Industrial Trainee on his way to the office for an early morning yoruba newspaper review program, Ojutole Ojutoko.
