APC LG Congress Records Large Turnout In Oyo

The local government Congress of the All Progressives Congress, APC in oyo state was held yesterday in all the thirty three local government areas of the state.
In some of the venues visited, Radio Nigeria observed large turnout of APC members casting their votes to elect new executives that will steer the affairs of APC at the local governments for some years.
At some of the local government areas visited including Ibadan North, Ibadan North East, Ibadan South West and Ibadan South East, there were heavy presence of security operatives to forestall breakdown of law and other.
In an interview, some of the APC members described the congress as peaceful, while some alleged irregularities during the voting exercises.
The All Progressives Congress had in July held it ward Congress throughout the federation.
