Daughter Of Late Soun Of Ogbomoso is Dead

Professor Taibah Danmole, eldest child of Oba Jimoh Oyewumi, Soun of Ogbomoso who joined his ancestor last month, has passed on.

Staff of Lagos State University, LASU, and governing council member at Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin, died Saturday evening in Ilorin, after a close to about a year sickness, a family source said.

She’ll be buried Sunday afternoon in the Kwara state capital.

Her death came few days to the 40th day Fidau prayer for her deceased father who reigned for 48 years as Soun.
