An Islamic scholar,  Mallam AbdWahab Yusuff has urged Muslims to avoid acts of hatred in their dealings with others.

He stated this during the sermon of the Jumat service held at Omilabu Central Mosque,  Arulogun Road,  off Ojoo, Ibadan.

Mallam Yusuf said Muslims are brothers to one another and having the minds of downfalls for others contradicted the acts of brotherhood.

He identified factors aiding hatred to include lack of contentment,  selfishness and pride.

Mallam Yusuf noted that  Islam condemns pride adding that anyone with elements of the act according to Prophet Muhammad would not enter Paradise.
