The preparation ahead of the coronation of the new Olubadan of Ibadan is currently receiving boost as corporate organizations in Ibadan are providing support to ensure hitch -free coronation.
Radio Nigeria correspondent who visited old Ife road resident of the 42nd Olubadan of Ibadanland, Dr Moshood Olalekan Balogun medical outreach organized by a Lagos based health institution was attending to palace visitors and residents of the community.

The outreach which include test of blood sugar, eyesight among others tests according to the organizer who is also the  niece of the  Olubadan -elect Princess Hannah Adekunle was parts of efforts to ensure that residents of the are remained healthy.

Aside fast food product being brought to the palace, traders in Ibadan also registered their presence through their representative and display of their products.

Security personnel were also on the ground to ensure peaceful conduct and movement around the palace.

In an interview, the personal assistant to the 42nd Olubadan, Mr Amen Rufai said preparations were ongoing to ensure that coronation of the Olubadan-elect was successful.

Mr Rufai who said preparations were also ongoing at the Ali Iwo ancestral domain of the  Olubadan said he had contacted the Olubadan-elect who he said is Hale and hearty and set for coronation.

Radio Nigeria also observed that, congratulatory messages from stakeholders were displayed on banners that were hung in and around the main gate of the palace.

Well wishers and relatives of the new Olubadan were also seated at the palace in mood of celebration reflecting on their faces.
