In the west African derby between perennial rivals Super Eagles of Nigeria and the Black stars of Ghana at the Babayara staduim in Kumasi in front of a packed 40,000 thousand capacity staduim, for a ticket to Quatar 2022 world cup, Ghanians failed to capitalise on their superior possession as the Super eagles defence line where able to withstand the attacking florays of the Black stars.
The first half was no different from the second half with both side running out of idea in the vital area, although the Ghanians managed 3shots on target the Super eagles managed just two shots during 90minutes of play.
Alot of football fans from both countries on social media described the game as uneventful and boring.
