The need to constantly check the blood pressure and avoid living unhealthy life style has been stressed.

A US based medical expert, Dr Toyin Fajimi stated this at a re-union event organized by the 1989 set of Old Boys Association of Saint Patrick’s Grammar School, Basorun, Ibadan.

Dr Fajimi identified intake of too much salt and  lack of regular exercise as some of the factors that could trigger high blood pressure

Dr fajimi also appealed to Nigerians to avoid too much intake of sugary things as well as carbohydrates as it could cause more harm than good to the body system.

President of the association, who is also the Deputy Director Programmes, FRCN, Ibadan Zonal Station, Reverend Niyi Dahunsi said the re-union was a way to strengthen one another.

The members who were beautifully dressed also danced to different musical tunes.
