Osun State Independent Electoral Commission ( OSIEC) bill 2022 and Osun State Local Government Area Creation and Administration Amendment no 5 have passed throughsecond reading.
The two bills scaled through second reading at the plenary of the House of Assembly, Osogbo.
In Seperate contributions on Osun State Independent Electoral commission, bill 2022, the lawmakers noted that the bill would allow peaceful conduct of elections in the state.
They stressed that, the bill if passed into law would pave way for free and fair election and enhance peaceful environment in the state.
They urged the house of assembly to give the bill accelerated passage for good people of the state.
Speaking on the Osun State Independent Electoral Commission ( OSIEC) bill 2022 , The Speaker who described the bill as a good policy for the local government administration in the state observed that the bill would put in place structure for democratically elected officers in the state.
He said that the bill would give legal backing to local government elections in the state.
Meanwhile, the House of Assembly dissolved into Committee of Whole for further consideration of Osun State Local Government Areas Creation and Administration Amendment no 5 bill 2022 where every corrections and amendments to form part of the bill accordingly.
In his remark, Mr Owoeye made it known that the bill would pave way for Presidential system of government instead of Parliamentary.
He noted that the bill if passed into law would ensure separation of powers in Local Government Areas.
According to him, “This bill will put democracy in place and good for local government administration”.
“Is a way of strategising local democracy of the state” he added.

PETITION COMPLAINT TO IRON OUT PREVIOUS IMPROMPTU ELECTION WAS PLANNING TO BE COMMENCED ON SATURDAY 15th of October 2022
I want to use this substantial medium to flashback the UN secretary general towards the previous petition complaint I have been written and forwarded to requested for world intervention to c-caution the incumbent governor of Osun State Mr. GBOYEGA OYETOLA not to create nightmare in the heart of Osun State individuals residential and origin meanwhile he was lost the previous gubernatorial election to Sen. ADEMOLA ADELEKE PDP. flagbearer I heard some months ago that the Osun State independent electoral commission OSIEC. were not yet concluded election time-table to be released in the screnerio that local government case still in court inconclusived till date so therefore Osun State people’s not in support to conduct counterfeit election planning to rigged for his self-interest to my own perspective let’s all hands on desk and called a spade a spade.
Though I was written this in order to eradicate jungle justice sincerity is the key to self-esteem we are not in support of his mission it could caused bloodshed of innocent masses he has not upto two months anymore for handing-over to swearing-in a newly elected candidate from another party even I am furious with him while I heard it inside electronic audio media (radio) in spite diaspora as aforementioned in the previous petition complaint I have had been forwarded to you that it was as if he has planned to play smartest meanwhile nobody above the law; no one can put law into his/her own hand so at this juncture we needed UN maximum optimistic support for interferenced towards not to allowed him or I suggested if he would deserves house arrest till 27th of coming month and thereafter allowed him to be released just to swearing-in and leave office.
Hmm!! Wonder shall never ends; I as well heard this inside radio garget that during the week he has empowered over 1,500 staffs in the mere fact that his administration not last a month and two weeks at any longer in Osun State records it was not occurred since all previous years backs but I thought the issue of employment should be handled via a new administration though it’s non of my business orientation but my concerned pertaining this was that I heard something similar to this issue almost seven years ago during the administration of Prince Olagusoye Oyinlola he recruited over 2,500 staffs but unfortunately once governor Rauf Aregbesola took over he restrengthened all the newly appointed staffs those not yet in payroll not met probation to be earned salaries my prayer at this point of time is may God in His loving kindness to put an end eradicate lack of good leadership nationwide globally I have done my paths the rest left to God to magnifest His power by put an end to world greviances and conflicts rampart all nu and cranny nationwide.
I can’t wait to receive world intervention response towards this petition complaint I have been forwarded to you I rest assured UN secretary general shall not kept muted on this critical issues to be provided resolution.
