Dedication to duty will enhance development – Gov Abiodun

Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun has said that there would be overall development in the state if civil and public servants rededicate themselves and see their jobs as a call to duty.

Governor Abiodun stated this while inspecting offices at the State Secretariat, Oke-Mosan Abeokuta.

While pledging that his administration would continue to give priority to the welfare of workers, Governor Abiodun noted that as the engine room of government, workers have a lot to offer the state through hard work and dedication.

Also, the Secretary to the State government, Mr Tokunbo Talabi, said the visit would encourage and strengthen the cordial relationship between workers and government.

In a remark, the Head of Service, Dr. Nafiu Aigoro, who said that the visit was a morale booster and assurance that workers were not left alone, called on workers to always be at their duty posts.
