There was gridlock at the Lekki Tollgate on Thursday morning as youths mark the second anniversary of the Lekki shooting, on October 20, 2020, that allegedly led to the loss of lives of peaceful protesters.

Reports say that many commuters were stranded as the procession led by comedian, Adebowale Adedayo, popularly known as Mr Macaroni and singer, Folarin Falana aka Falz continued.

Also present at the procession were Feyikemi Abudu and other youths.

As of this time, the venue of the procession was being fled as police reportedly fired tear gas to disperse protesters.
