Osun state residents have been cautioned not to sell their voters cards and their votes but to be vigilant and guard their votes.
The state Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke gave this warning at a rally attended by thousands of his supporters and party members at Oke-Ila, Ifedayo Local Government area of the state
Govenor Adeleke reminded the public that their voters card is the power to vote candidate of their choice saying rumours of rigging, violence and manipulation are mere fear mongering.
He assured that no one can steal their votes in the next month governorship election as people are determined to vote and defend their votes.
The governor said the turnout in his campaign testifies that he is winning the people to his side expressing assurance that this will transform to reality on the Election Day.
He said the attacks allegedly being perpetrated by the opposition was making state residents to be stronger and more determined to vote and defend their votes.
During a visit to the palace of Orangun of Oke Ila, Oba Adedokun Abolarin, the governor said his records speak for him, stressing he has transformed major towns and moving to upgrade rural areas.
The Orangun of Oke Ila, Oba Adedokun Abolarin in his words offered royal blessing to the governor who he said had done well towards developing every part of the state.
