The funeral activities of Chief Solomon Ogunkola begin tomorrow with a Service of Songs at Christ African Church, Isale IJEBU Street, Osogbo, Osun State at 3 p.m.
Lying-in-state and Christian Wake will hold at his residence, 34, Odo Ese Street, Ijebu-Jesha on Friday, 15th December at five o’clock in the evening.
The statement by the Family indicates that the funeral service and thanksgiving will take place on Saturday, 16th of December at Jehovah Jireh African Church, Palace Road, Ijebu Jesa area of Osun State at 10 a.m. while entertainment of guests follows at Ijebu Jesa Grammar School.
Chief Solomon Ogunkola, who died at the age of 103, is survived by children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren among whom is Mrs Kemi Ogunkola of Radio Nigeria, Ibadan.
