In the spirit of the celebration of Christmas and the New Year which is imminent, residents and people of Odo-Otin South, Local Council Development Area, LCDA, and Nigerians in general are urged to live together in love and togetherness.
The caretaker Chairman of the LCDA, Mr. Ibraheem Oyelade who made this known in a statement, emphasized the importance of love and kindness during this festive period as inspired by Galatians 6:2.
Extending warm wishes to everyone within the community as the year draws to a close, Mr Oyelade shared a message of hope, unity, and goodwill, echoing the timeless sentiments found in Romans 15:13.
Honourable Dendey as he is fondly called, prayed that, “May the God of hope fill the hearts of all residents with joy and peace as they enter the New Year”.
Encouraging a spirit of togetherness, he calls on the community to share in one another’s joys and burdens, fostering a stronger sense of unity that defines the essence of the season.
Reflecting on the challenges faced throughout the year, Mr Oyelade draws from Philippians 4:7, expressing a prayer for divine peace that surpasses all understanding to guard the hearts and minds of the residents.
As he extends his heartfelt wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, he envisions a community filled with gratitude, joy, and a renewed sense of purpose.
In conclusion, Hon. Oyelade looks forward to a year of collective growth and progress, encapsulating a vision of unity, prosperity, and shared blessings for every resident of Odo-Otin South, LCDA.
