Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde has signed into law an Executive Bill for the establishment of the rule of law enforcement authority for speedy justice dispensation in the state.

Signing the bill into law in the board room of the Governor’s office, the governor explained that the agency was necessary to help enforce many state laws ranging from environmental, traffic, indiscriminate dump of refuse and street trading laws amongst others.

He assured residents that his administration meant well for the state with the establishment of the agency, stressing that the rule of law must be duly maintained to thoroughly sanitize the environment, expand the economy and move the people from poverty to prosperity.
