Two staff of the Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti have been electrocuted while undertaking repair at a section of the institution.
The institution’s Director of Information and Protocol, Mr Ade Adejolu confirmed the deaths to newsmen in Ado Ekiti.
He explained that the deceased were fixing a borehole when they mistakenly touched naked wire and died instantly.
According to him, the corpse of one of them has been taken to his home town in Kogi State for immediate burial according to Islamic rite while the corpse of the second one has been deposited at Maria Asumptha morgue in Ado Ekiti.
