The Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, says rehabilitation work is expected to commence tomorrow around Ogun River-Kara Bridge section of the Lagos-Ibadan express-way.
A statement by the Ogun Sector Commander of the FRSC, Mr. Clement Oladele indicates that the rehabilitation work which was expected to begin today has been shifted to tomorrow due to the high vehicular influx on Monday.
The statement shows that arrangements have been concluded for the traffic diversion such that it will not affect transportation adversely at the Kara bridge section of the expressway, throughout the period of the repair.
It advises motorists to cooperate with the officials of the FRSC and other Traffic Management Agencies including security and other emergency management agencies including security and emergency that will control the traffic on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway.
