The fight against COVID-19 calls for all hands to be on deck.
Zonal Director, Radio Nigeria Ibadan, Alhaji Mohammed Bello stated this when some members of staff of News Department, Oluwakayode Banjo, Osamudiamen Idemudia, Mosope Kehinde and Oluyemisi Owonikoko, made presentation of face masks to the station.
Alhaji Bello who said the donation was timely, pointed out that journalists were active participants in the fight to contain the spread of coronavirus.
The Zonal Director urged the donors to take up the challenge of educating members of the public in their neighbourhood.
Responding on the behalf of her colleagues, Oluyemisi Owonikoko, explained that they collectively embarked on the project to contribute their quota to the crusade to contain the spread of coronavirus.
