Osun to Work on Modalities for Re-opening of Worship Centers

Osun state government is set to meet religious leaders across the state to work out modalities for re-opening of worship centers.

This follows the new set of directives and guidelines issued by the federal government in a new phase of the easing of lockdown.

The state Commissioner for Information and Civic Orientation, Mrs Funke Egbemode made this known to newsmen in Osogbo.

She said that meeting with religious leaders became imperative to ensure proper implementation of the new set of guidelines.

Mrs Egbemode commended the patience of the state residents so far and urged them not to be too anxious to assert the liberties contained in the new guidelines so as not to lose the gains of the last few weeks.
