Police Community Relations Committee, PCRC Oyo state chapter has appreciated the outgoing Commissioner of Police, Mr Shina Olukolu at combating crime during his tenure.
PCRC Chairman in Oyo state, Reverend Peter Omofoye stated this at a programme organized by the association for the outgoing Commissioner, Mr Shina Olukolu in Ibadan.
He said Mr Olukolu was a crime crusher as he did his best to clamp down criminal activities during his service in Oyo state.
Reacting, the outgoing Commissioner of Police, Mr Shina Olukolu who appreciated their gesture, promised to always remember Oyo state for good for the way he was treated during his tenure in the state.
Mr Olukolu who would tomorrow resume to Anti-Fraud unit, in Lagos state urged the PCRC members to work with the new Commissioner of Police in Oyo State, Mr Nwachuku Enwonwu to continue the fight against crime.
