Makinde Inaugurates PDP Reconciliatory Committee for Aggrieved Members

Oyo state Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde has inaugurated a 7-man  steering Elders Forum committee for Peoples Democratic Party  with a view to reconciling  aggrieved factions of the party.

The committee which was inaugurated at the Government House, Agodi, Ibadan will be chaired by Chief Dr. Saka Balogun.

Inaugurating the committee, Governor Makinde implored it to particularly consider some members of the party whose legitimate requests and expectations had not been met as well as address various grievances and among party members for a united platform.

Governor Makinde added that he was more determined to fulfill people’s aspirations for a better Oyo state.

Responding, the Chairman of the Committee, Dr Saka Balogun said the committee would work diligently to curb the challenges facing the party.

Other committee members are Alhaja Mutiat Ladoja, Chief Sunday Ogunlade, Chief Olayiwola Baale, Chief Jacob Adetoro, Oloye Jumoke Akinjide and the state PDP chairman, Alhaji Kunmi Mustapha
