Olowa and Paramount Ruler of Igbara-Oke kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Oba Dr. Francis Adefarakanmi Agbede has condemned the killing of Oba Adegoke Adeusi, the Olufon of Ifon.
He said he received the news with shock, and urged the security agencies to investigate his death and bring to book the perpetrators.
He described the First Class monarch as a man who stands for justice and believe in the unity of the traditional rulers.
Oba Agbede therefore appealed to the government to do everything possible at ensuring the security of all residents of the state.
While condoling with the family, of the late traditional ruler, Oba Agbede urged the people of Ifon to remain calm, as he is optimistic that the perpetrators will not go unpunished.
