Citizens need empowerment to prosper – Gov Ikpeazu

For governments to succeed in the 21th century, it must empower the citizenry to prosper and become self-sufficient.

The Abia State Governor Okezie Ikpeazu, and his Delta State counterpart Ifeanyi Okowa, made the assertion in Asaba, the Delta State capital, at the maiden graduation ceremony of the Delta State Rural Youth Skill Acquisition Programme, RYSA.

Radio Nigeria’s Oghenero Eghweree, reports that over seven hundred youths benefitted from the empowerment scheme.
