Edo 2020: Oyo State Athletes Haul in Six Medals

Oyo state has won six bronze medals at the ongoing National Sports Festival in Edo state.

Azeez Adegboyega opened the medal’s chart for the pacesetter state in kickboxing, Adejoke Durogbade won bronze medal in Cycling, while winner of African continental championship, Tawakalit Yekeen equally won bronze in cycling.  

Also, the Oyo state men’s badminton team won bronze, while Iyanuoluwa Oladele and Kehinde Owoloja won two bronze medals in different categories in Kungfu.

Oyo state’s thirst for the first gold medal continues today.
