The need for Christians to live a life worthy of emulation has again been emphasized.
The Pastor of Bethel Baptist Church Olodo, Ibadan, Reverend Tope Adeyemo said this during the funeral service for Deacon David Olutayo Adegboye held at the church in Kumapayi, Olodo, Ibadan.
While noting that Deacon Adegboye lived a life of impact and value to the body of Christ and everyone around him, Reverend Adeyemo described the deceased as someone whose life was patterned after the Lord Jesus Christ and this reflected in his doings.
Some of the children, Mrs. Seyifunmi Olarinde, Mr. Leye Adegboye described their late father as irreplaceable.
Others including the Deputy Director, Administration, FRCN, Ibadan National Station, Dr Adenike Aremu eulogized the life of service of Deacon Adegboye.
Deacon David Adegboye was born in Ogidi Village, Ona-Ara Local Government Ibadan on 12th August, 1949 and died on 7th April,2021 after a protracted illness.
