Director Human Resources of the National Examination Council, NECO, Abdul Mustapha, has confirmed on Tuesday morning to reporters that NECO registrar, Professor Godswill Obioma has died in his sleep as a result of heart failure.
According to a statement by the family, the NECO boss died of a brief illness.
The statement was signed by Godswill Obioma the second and addressed to the Council’s Director of Human Resources.
It says the family will give details to the Council and members of the public. Confirm by Apexreporters magazine and online news.
