Many Feared Dead In Ibadan- Iseyin Road Accident

Unspecified number of passengers were feared dead on Saturday when two commercial buses collided along Ibadan-Iseyin Road, on Saturday.

According to report, the accident occurred at Kraal Market area, near Iseyin on Saturday evening.

The report quoted eyewitnesses as saying that the collision was due to overspeeding by the drivers. They claimed the two vehicles met at a sharp bend at the market area in Iseyin.

Identities of the victims could not be determined as of the time of filing this report, but the medium said the Oyo State Police Command urged relations of passengers to check at Fadok Hospital where some of the victims were taken.

Calls made to the Police spokesperson, Adewale Osifeso, and other stakeholders did not go through.
