Residents Nab Suspected Ritualist with Human Parts in Oyo

A suspected ritualist said to have been under secret watch by some residents of the Aiyetoro community in Oroki area of Oyo town has been nabbed.

The suspect identified as Abass Ajisefinni who is now cooling his heels at the Atiba Divisional Police headquarters in Oyo town was allegedly caught with female human parts in his house at Aiyetoro Scheme.

One of the residents who pleaded anonymity said they laid siege at the suspect’s house for some time while others went to inform the police who promptly came to arrest the man who had already dumped the body behind another person’s house in the area.

According to the residents, the suspect had already removed the head and private parts of his victim believed to be that of a nearby college student before the arrival of the police.

Efforts are ongoing to obtain police reactions or comments on the gory incident.
