Mr Oludare Alaba, a graduate of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, LAUTECH, Ogbomoso, Oyo State has received a cheque of five hundred thousand naira (N500, 000).
Radio Nigeria had earlier reported that a source from the LAUTECH Alumni association hinted that the association was already taking a step after the certificate drama ensued on Monday the fifth of September when Oludare stormed the premises of the institution to exchange his certificate for all the tuition he paid to the school.
The cash cheque was presented to him by the LAUTECH Global Alumni and other chapters.
Expressing delight at the gesture, Mr Oludare prayed to God to bless all the hands that had blessed him.
There is hope that more help would still come his way.
