The International Association of World Peace Advocates, IAWPA, Oyo State has described Governor Seyi Makinde as a quintessential Peace Ambassador, whose administration has placed the pacesetter state on the path of sustainable development.
A statement in Ibadan by Oyo State Director of IAWPA, Ambassador Musa Alongbija felicitating the governor on his 56th birthday notes that Engineer Makinde is a blessing to Oyo State for his reformation and transformation policies in an atmosphere of sustained peace.
Ambassador Alongbija affirmed that the World Peace Advocates has chosen Oyo State as the most peaceful state in the federation courtesy of Governor Seyi Makinde.
He prayed God to grant Engineer Makinde more fruitful, impactful and prosperous years on earth and divine leadership wisdom to continue to be a blessing to humanity.
According to him, “Engineer Makinde is an enigma, visionary and peace loving governor, whose strategic security architecture has brought peace and attracted numerous investors into the state”.
The IAWPA State Director, and the executives as well as Eminent Peace Ambassadors in the state while joining other well wishers to celebrate Governor Makinde’s birthdate, pledged continued support for towards sustaining peace in Oyo State.
