The Federal Commissioner, Public Complaints Commission (PCC) Oyo State, Mrs. Olatoun Yusuf, has urged members of the public to visit the commission whenever they have grievances about issues in the private or public sectors.
Mrs Yusuf stated this during a courtesy visit to the Committee of Management of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) Ibadan Zonal Station at the broadcasting house, Dugbe, Ibadan.
Mrs. Yusuf emphasised that the commission served as an alternative dispute resolution body for Nigerians who cannot afford to pursue their cases in court.
She also noted that the commission was Nigeria’s ombudsman which provides free services.

Mrs. Yusuf commended Radio Nigeria’s broadcasting efforts and sought their support in raising awareness about the commission’s services.
In response, the Zonal Director of FRCN, Ibadan Zonal Station, Mr. Dominic Mokikan, assured that Radio Nigeria would partner with developmental organisations to promote national unity and growth.
Mr. Mokikan encouraged the Public Complaints Commission to organise more awareness Programmes, especially at the grassroots level, to educate people about their duties and responsibilities.
All Zonal Heads of Departments of the FRCN and that of the PCC were present during the courtesy visit which enabled the two Federal Government agencies to exchange ideas about their workings, challenges and ways of moving forward.
