The Nigeria High Commission In London will shut down for the next 10 days as part of precautionary protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

This is contained in a statement issued by the commission after two officers tested positive for COVID-19.

The affected officers have gone on immediate isolation while those who tested negative to will be in isolation for the next 10 days in adherence to the rules and regulations of the host country.

The commission regrets any inconveniences that the sudden closure might cause and apologizes in advance to those who might be affected.
